The CPEI AI Support Agent provides students and supervisor-educators with a quick way to get help and locate information. It is especially useful for technology questions, student support guidance, and navigating CPEI resources.
Use this tool when you need quick support or help finding the right resource.
For account-specific issues, access problems, or questions that require staff follow-up, contact Technology Support.
CPEI students and supervisor-educators use online tools for coursework, communication, video conferencing, and student records. Students should prepare in advance so they can participate fully in online and hybrid learning.
CPEI uses Zoom as its primary web-based video conferencing platform. Students should be prepared to participate with video, audio, and screen sharing. Students are expected to be visible on screen and to participate from a confidential setting.
Internship resources support students completing supervised practice in approved ministry, clinical, community, or professional settings.
Use these resources for internship expectations, agreements, assessments, and hour tracking.
Library Services connects students with research tools, information resources, library support, and theological learning materials.
Students may contact library staff for help accessing library resources or identifying materials for coursework and research.
Writing and research resources help students strengthen academic writing, research habits, citation practices, and written reflection for CPEI coursework.
Students may need to provide evidence of a current background check depending on their location and internship site requirements.
Students within the United States must provide evidence of a current background check unless the internship site covers them. Students outside the United States are not required to provide a background check but are encouraged to do so.
Clear Checks is listed as an affordable option for a basic background check search.
Students who have completed a course in Clinical Pastoral Education or Supervisory Education can obtain an unofficial transcript through Populi.
Contact the Registrar for questions about student records, completion documentation, certificates, or transcript-related concerns.
Contact CPEI and we will help direct your question to the appropriate office or support area.
