Spring 2026 Community Forum

Open to members, affiliates, educators, students, and friends of CPEI

March 24, 2026 | 6:30–7:30 PM (ET)

Join Dr. Dallas E. Speight and Dr. Gregory A. Delort for leadership updates, brief reflections from CPEI educators, and an open Q&A with the community.

CPEI Supervisor-Educators David Alexander, Dallas Dykes, and Ben Hayden will share insights from their work leading CPEI affiliate programs. They’ll discuss what’s working in their training settings, strategies that have helped their programs grow, and lessons learned from educating chaplains in diverse contexts. A student from one of the affiliates will also briefly share their experience in the program and how CPEI training is shaping their professional development.

Open to members, affiliates, educators, students, and friends of CPEI.

Credentialing Review Panel Registration

Credentialing Candidates

Candidates seeking certification may register for a review panel as part of the credentialing process. Prior to the panel interview, candidates will submit their credentialing application materials, which may include essays, a case study, evaluations, transcripts, and other required documentation demonstrating competency in clinical pastoral care and professional practice.

Credentialing Volunteers

Credentialed members are encouraged to participate in credentialing reviews regularly, as this process strengthens professional accountability, supports colleagues pursuing certification, and reinforces the shared competencies of the chaplaincy profession. Volunteers may receive CEUs for their service.
